What we Believe

WE BELIEVE and have Experienced the following to be TRUTH:

About the Bible: The bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God: written by the Holy men of old as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:20-21.

Concerning the Oneness of God: We fully believe the mystery of the Godhead. We believe that Jesus was both human and divine, and further, that the Godhead be understood to mean all of the fullness of God. (Colossians 1:19 and 2:9) We believe that Jesus was Mary's son and Mary's God, Creator and creature, God manifest in the flesh; that the flesh of Jesus was the same as ours, with the exception that it had no sin; that Jesus was the Eternal Father made visible, apart from whom there is no God. We believe that at the final consummation of all things there will be only God, and that will be our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Compassionate Love of Christ: We believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. We believe that He ascended on high and has sent His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2000 years ago, and is still filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today. Acts 2:14.  We also believe Acts2:38

How the Grace of God and Your Faith works: Everyone has sinned and needs salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith, based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Our basic and fundamental doctrine shall be the Bible standard of full salvation, which is the absolute essentiality of repentance, baptism in water by immerersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Romans 3:23-25; 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:3-5; Acts 2:38; I Peter 3:20,21; Mark 16:16; Titus 3:5)

We believe and teach that the above statement to be essential and not subsequent to salvation.
